Vicente Disasi founded 21 Corporate with a simple conviction: behind every talent there is a young man, a family and choices that shape a whole life. Shaped by top-level football, he saw too many promising players poorly advised at the decisive moment. So he built a human-sized agency where every player is followed personally, from his first years in the academy to his professional contract and well beyond. His method is built on transparency with families, high standards in daily work and a strong network of clubs, scouts and experts in France and across Europe. At 21 Corporate, an agent is not a middleman: he is a career partner, present in moments of success as well as moments of doubt.
